Vertical Multi Lancing Positioner

An innovative positioning device for multi rotary or stationary lancing machines for internal cleaning of vertical heat exchangers. As an alternative to the standard X-Y positioner, Jetting Systems Europe B.V. has developed an unique positioning device for working with standard lancing machines. The positioner consists of a stainless steel frame on which a carriage with the mounted lancing machine can move up and down. The entire assembly is mounted on 3 wheels, which can move over the heat exchanger face in a way that the exchanger can be easily cleaned.

Standard lancing machines are available to work in conjunction with the positioner
1. Multi Four stationairy lances with working pressures up to 1500 Bar.
2. Single Rotary One rotating lance with working pressures up to 2800 Bar
3. Dual Rotary Two rotating lances with working pressures up to 2800 Bar 







Lancing machines can be delivered with air or hydraulic drive
