STEP 1 

Rail & Extensions

Getting Started Selecting Your Lancing Rails Every Lancing Rail System from StoneAge® starts as a basic 15 ft unit (BRLM 300-15), with additional lengths available via our Extension Kits (BRLM 080). Extensions come in 5 ft, 10 ft and 15 ft sections and can be added in multiple fashion, all the way up to 60 ft maximum stroke. Note the chart below.

STEP 2 

Single, Dual and Triple Lance Options

Single Rotary The single rotary package features 80 rpm-400 rpm rotation and requires compressed air pressure of 80-100 psi, 80-130 cfm. A hydraulic option is also available
Dual Rotary The dual rotary package features high speed rotation, from 120 rpm-600 rpm rotation and requires compressed air pressure of 80-100 psi, 80-130 cfm. We redesigned the rotary gearbox for more torque and increased durability. A hydraulic option is also available.
Triple Rotary The triple lance rotary system requires 80-100 psi, 80-130 cfm. This model also has a redesigned rotary gearbox for more torque and increased durability. A hydraulic option is also available.

STEP 3 

Positioning Unit

	Stainless Steel Cross Tubes
	These strong cross tubes frame a standard 56”x 56” window. A step-by-step assembly guide available on our web site details the entire assembly process.

Steering Control
The front set of wheels pivot and lock into position to provide maneuverability on the job site.

Slotted Rails

Slotted aluminum rails allow for a direct gear drive to move the carriage in the X and Y axis. The result is a system that re-positions the lances both easily and accurately across the bundle face.

 

Standard Window

A 56”x 56” operating window is standard.

Tilt Function

A hand powered tilt function allows the operator easy adjustments to match tube bundle rows.
