The BJV-M Nozzle

The BJV-M is a 2D self-rotating nozzle with a maximum working pressure of 15k psi.
The BJV-M handles pipes and drains from 6”-72” at 15k psi, as well as tanks, reactors, process vessels,
heat exchanger shells and coker cyclones. Extension nipples and centralizers adapt all BJV tools to almost any application. BJV accessories can be found on pages 18 & 19 of this pipe cleaning chapter.
Speed Control & More Flow
The BJV-M uses viscous fluid rotation speed control and operates using 2, 4 or 6 jets in balance. The key difference between it and the Raptor on page 14 is the flow volume. The BJV-M can handle up to 100 gpm and the BJV-P16 can handle up to 200 gpm.
Options
We offer a standard 6-jet head and a second head option that features a 7th boring jet for unplugging at 15˚ off-center in the front. Both are made of durable stainless steel and use replaceable high pressure seals and nozzle tips.
