The RAPTOR

2D Nozzles w/ 60 gpm Flow

                     

The Raptor is a 2D self-rotating workhorse for either 15k or 20k psi. It’s perfect for cleaning process drains, totes, closed head drums, water well screens, ducts and exhaust stacks. Used with the centralizers shown below it will clean pipes from 3” to 12” in diameter, and can handle straight tubes as tight as 2.25” in diameter. The Raptor uses viscous fluid rotation speed control and operates with 2, 4 or 6 jets in balance.

Available Options
There are two inlet connections available; 1/2" npt for 15k psi, and 9/16 MP for 20k psi. There are also two standard 6-jet heads with different diameters and a third head option featuring a boring jet for unplugging at 15˚ off-center in the front. All are made of durable stainless steel and use replaceable high pressure seals and nozzle tips. We recommend using a centralizer to keep the head from rubbing against the cleaning surface. The RPT 075 is a solid plastic skid centralizer available in 3” or 4.5” diameters. The RPT 070, for larger pipes, uses steel collars and replaceable plastic skids to fit 4” to 12” diameters.
