The rotating tube cleaning nozzles
The rotating tube cleaning nozzles or so called “spin-jets” of Salotech International B.V. are special nozzles designed to clean all kinds of tubes, lines and pipes with the help of high-pressure water. Due to all kind of applications Salotech International B.V. manufactures a complete range of different designs and diameters. All rotating nozzles consist of a body, rotor and nose, which are mounted together. The body is connected to the high-pressure supply line (hose or lance) and through the body the water enters the rotor. In the rotor the high-pressure water exits through the nozzle ports out of the rotor as cleaning jets. Because of the unique spiral labyrinth the offset of the nozzle ports the spin-jets rotate on the water pressure. The spiral labyrinth also ensures a perfect sealing and “bearing” between the rotor and body.
The body is available in all kinds of connection threads with the right sealing for the designed max. working pressure. The rotor is available in various configurations so that the spin-jet nozzle can be applied in various applications like for example: Pipes with hard scaling or blockages. For blocked tubes the spin-jets are available with front-jets or rotating front jets, see for example type SISF in our catalogue. Spin-jets from Salotech International B.V. are available for working-pressures till 1500 Bar (20KPSI) and in diameters from 6 till 50mm diameter. Salotech launches, along with the point tipped rotating nozzles (Spinjets), the same range with a spherical tip, which has the benefit of creating a shorter overall length of the spinning nozzle.
This shorter length allows the nozzle to go easier through bended tubes and lines. Safety is one of the most important features of all products from Salotech International B.V. and therefore all rotating nozzles are tested on pressure and performance before it leaves our factory. Marked with an unique serial number all customers are insured to receive a safe and working spin-jet nozzle.
