The Sabertooth hose reel assembly offers a powerful alternative to manual methods when it comes to cleaning heat exchangers, evaporator tubes and other process piping. Our one-man system is more efficient, it’s safer and it virtually eliminates standby crews. The retractable reel stores the hose and feeds it out so there’s no tangle, resulting in a safer work environment.

The Sabertooth has easy to use speed and stroke adjustments, plus the hand controls feature a pressure dump. The handy tripod mount and full assembly fit through a 24” man way. We recommend using our Banshee rotary tube nozzles for the best possible results.

	1. Controlled Feed Rate The feed of the hoses is controlled by an external gearbox. This simple design allows for quick access.		Nozzle Guard The nozzle guard keeps the operator safe from the high pressure jet action. The guard also assists in lining up each new set of tubes. Different models are available to match your hose and tube configurations
	2. Hose Stops Adjustable hose stops automatically shut down hose travel on both in and out movement.
	3. Convenient Controls The Sabertooth features easy fingertip controls. In and out functions are controlled with a push of the operator’s thumb. The handles are adjustable for ergonomic comfort in both horizontal and vertical operations. The left hand controls the dump valve.
	4. Dump Valve & Swivel Connection The dump valve and swivel connections are easy to access and available in your choice of either 15k or 20k psi. There is also an in-line oiler included for extended air motor life.
