New multi-functional X-Y frame 

for vertical use with TLE machine

This multifunctional X-Y frame is designed and manufactured for vertical high pressure water jetting applications in combination with an 3-TLE machine. This 3-TLE is a machine able to clean a heat exchanger with 3 flexible high pressure hoses at the same time. The 3 flexible hoses are feed through the machine by air power and in combination with the nozzle on the end and the high pressure water jets a safe and fast method for cleaning heat exchangers.
The frame 3 x 3Mtr. is build up from aluminium profiles which can be connected by means of special couplings. This makes the frame flexible and easy to adjust to every heat exchanger diameter.
The frame can be placed above the heat exchanger by means of 4 adjustable support legs or scaffolding. 

The TLE hangs in a stainless steel holder and is moved from left to right by means of an air engine.















The frame is delivered complete with an operating panel for controlling both the frame and TLE machine.
