Badger 40K/2800 BA-H6
Compact, flexible and rotating with 2.800 bar/40 K psi working pressure. Perfect and powerful. For cleaning pipes with multiple bends. The Badger BA-H6 delivers perfect results, due to excellent rotating speed control, superior quality jet and a compact design.

Badger XL
De BADGER XL, het nieuwe model Badger voor het grotere leidingwerk met bochten. Met een diameter van 95mm is de BADGER P8 leverbaar in 2 uitvoeringen n.l. de BADGER P8 tot een werkdruk van 1000 Bar en de BADGER M9 tot een werkdruk van 1500 Bar.

Badger
The hydraulic braked nozzle for lines from 3.5” and up. Working pressure till 1000 Bar (15KPSI) and because of its short rounded shape perfect for lines with elbows. 5 Jet head which makes the nozzle suitable for self propelling and the possibility to clean blocked tubes.

BJV M
The BJV-M is a 2D self-rotating nozzle with a maximum working pressure of 15k psi. The BJV-M handles pipes and drains from 6”-72” at 15k psi, as well as tanks, reactors, process vessels, heat exchanger shells and coker cyclones. Extension nipples and centralizers adapt all BJV tools to almost any application. BJV accessories can be found on pages 18 & 19 of this pipe cleaning chapter.

BJV 20K
The BJV-20k nozzle is the right tool when 20k psi power is needed. It features viscous fluid speed control for fast or slow rotation and two head designs. As mentioned before we recommend using a centralizer for all rotating head assemblies.

BJV H9
The BJV-H9 is our ultra high pressure 40k psi self-rotating nozzle. Like the BJV-20k it features a viscous fluid speed control and has accessible high pressure seals that replace easily through the inlet port.

High Flow 2D Nozzles
The SM Series offers big flow to project power over a long distance. The rotation is either by jet power or air motor. They both come with a variety of head options for custom applications. These tools work well for cleaning boilers, furnaces, large tanks, cyclones, cokers, economizer and superheater pendant tubes. We recommend the OCL Nozzles for these high flow operations.

Gopher and Gopher UH
1400 Bar (20KPSI) cleaning power with controlled rotation. A compact tool which can be used in diameters from 2”and up. Various accessories like centralisers and nozzle heads available. New is the Gopher UH with a working pressure of 2800 Bar, the tool for cleaning tubes and lines which never could be cleaned before. Suitable for polishing and unplugging of pipes and lines. Warthog
The top in sewer cleaning industry. Hydraulic braked tube cleaning nozzle specially designed for the sewer cleaning market. Low pressures and high flows in combination with controlled rotation make the warthog the tool to clean all kind of deposits in sewer lines even small roots.

Raptor
The Raptor is a 2D self-rotating workhorse for either 1000 or 1400 bar. It's perfect for cleaning process drains, totes, closed head drums, water well screens etc.

For cleaning larger diameter pipes. Salotech offers a wide range of fcentralizers up to 3000 mm.
